CURRENT FUNDRAISERS
Flamingo Flocking
Flamingo Flocking is a fundraiser we host once to twice a year! For this fundraiser AC Soroptimist picks a community member to "flock" and then the fun goes from there! With this fundraiser, you can pay a fee to remove the flock from your yard or place the flock in someone else's yard... a fun way to prank your friends and family! Proceeds go to the AC Soroptimist general fund that helps us help our community!
Wine and Paint Nights
For this fundraiser, you can pay an admission fee to a "Wine and Paint Night" hosted by AC Soroptimist. During this event AC Soroptimist brings in an instructor to lead the group of painters and appetizers and wine are provided! A nice way to get out of the house and try a new skill!
Dress a Girl Around the World
A Soroptimist International event where each chapter sows up a sum of dresses to send to girls all over the world, focuses on girls in situations of need. This event is one of many that Soroptimist International hosts yearly.
Grandparents Day Celebration
AC Soroptimist hosted this free-to-the-public "generational event" on Grandparents Day for Grandparents and family to come and participate in memory-making activities such as karaoke and bird house painting!
Dine and Donate
AC Soroptimist partners with a local restaurant in generating a certain percentage of proceeds to go to our general fund that helps us help our community!
4th of July Parade
AC Soroptimist participates in the annual 4th of July parade hosted by the city of American Canyon as a way of connecting with and having fun with our community.
Blood Drive
AC Soroptimist partnered with the American Red Cross in hosting a blood drive in our community!
Trunk or Treat
In previous years AC Soroptimist has partnered with both the city and the school district to put on a family friendly "Trunk or Treat" for the community!
Spread The Love
During COVID times, AC Soroptimist participated with the community in the "Spread The Love" event where members of the community put homemade hearts in their windows as a way to signify that we were truly all in this together and to show some community love.
